Self proclaimed 'Goldman' Ashok Kharat accused of repeatedly raping woman over 3 years. Retired merchant Navy officer turned astrologer Kharat remanded to police custody till march 24. Kharat is chairman of Shree Ishaneshwar Mahadev Temple Trust in Nashik. Victim claims accused used rituals, threats and divine power claims to manipulate and abuse.
He allegedly raped her and threatened she would never get married if she resisted.
