Standard ratio for herb tinctures:
1 oz. by weight
7-9 ml of oil or alcohol
Optional Everclear rehydration:
Add enough Everclear to moisten dry herbs
(1-2 tablespoons )
Let set overnight
2 cups dry oregano leaves
2 cups olive oil
Temp: 130° f
Time 1 hour
