we decided to create a video this week to offer tips and tricks on keeping warm, now that winter has arrived.
Keeping warm when it is cold out is always a challenge, this is an even bigger challenge when you're unable to move about and exercise.
This video will hopefully give you some tips and tricks to help you get through the winter a little warmer.
