In terms of customer service, sometimes we don't find good customer service in other companies. I don't want to name them. CST is comparatively better.

When we contact them when we have issues, they help us troubleshoot antibodies, as well as some of the background issues to try to actually get a complete understanding and a good picture and a complete result that we could use.

There's a rigor and reliability that we need in science and we need to make sure that those antibodies are validated. I also need to know that there's a support team behind the scenes that can help me when I call, frustrated, and need to figure out why things are or are not happening. And then when things aren't happening, who are willing to return products when I need it, who are willing to work with me and not doubt my skills as a scientist when things aren't exactly perfect.
