1/2 carton beef broth
2 tbl olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
On high for 4 hours
*Roux
2 tbl butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1-2 cups raw cheese
Add to crockpot mixture and enjoy!
