AWSOME CARAMELIZED PORK!! CAMBODIAN FOOD/ASIAN FOOD/HOMEMADE VILLAGE FOOD!!

Описание: Khor Jeung Chruk (Caramelized Pork feet) is a common dish found in Cambodian cooking during special events, such as Boun Pchum Ben and Cambodian New Years. I decided to cook this dish because it is Boun Pchum Ben week and it reminded me of my grandmother when she was present. This dish brings so many memories of my childhood years when I was in the kitchen with her. Khor Jeung Chruk was one of my grandmother favorite dish to cook and take to the temple to share. So on this Boun Pchum Ben week, I'm following her foot steps and cooking her favorite dish to take to the temple. I don't think I can ever duplicate her recipe, but I'm very happy just to be able to carry on some of her cooking techniques and tricks. Khor Jeung Chruk is best enjoy on the next day because the meat had been setting and marinating in its own broth overnight. I hope you will enjoy Khor Jeung Chruk as much as my family has enjoy it.
