Hi guys today's video is a sport massage video tutorial for the legs muscle. In particular we are going to address the quads and all the problems relate to squat and deadlift. We will massage the tensor fascia lata and we will discuss the injury related to the ITB syndrome and runner's knee. Then we will work on the adductors muscle, we will release all that knots that can create groin pain especially in soccer players.To finish the session we will mobilise the hips and the sacrum with some muscle energy technique work.
