After some empirical adjustment of the dc biasing arrangements, my prototype 0V1 regenerative set based around a 6Ж2П ("6SH2P") ex-USSR pentode is now working nicely.
The 6SH2P is the Soviet version of the 6AS6 vacuum tube.
The reaction is smooth and free of hysteresis. The set uses just 18V of HT (provided by two PP3 batteries wired in series).
