This is a version of Sakugawa no Kon Dai as performed at the 1st Okinawa Karate World Tournament in 2018. This kata has been performed several times during the tournament, mostly by non-Okinawans.
This version is from the tradition of Nakazato Shugoro of Shorin-ryu Shorinkan. This kata has also been included in the canon of kata allowed at this year's oncoming tournament, which makes it kind of an official Okinawan tradition.
There are many different kata and it is almost impossible to know them all in detail. For instance, there is also a Sakugawa no Kon Dai in Taira lineage bojutsu, but it is a completely different kata.
