Nothing can stop us from teaching you how to use apricot liqueur in your cocktails. Not even a little rain! Not even motion sickness from excessive teleporting!
Today we're making 3 easy and incredible cocktails using this wonderfully versatile stonefruit-based ingredient: the tequila-based Toreador, the Pisco-Apricot Tropicale* and the Hop Toad, which makes great use of funky Jamaican rum.
Personally, I recommend Giffard's apricot brandy for these drinks and really hope you seek it out, though it can be hard to find! Its flavor is unmatched. (Not an ad, I just love the stuff.)

*Lots of recipes for this cocktail involve using pineapple juice or pineapple syrup. While this is definitely delicious too, I prefer this simper version. Try 'em both! :)
