How to get your first nursing job!
1. Make sure you have an up to date resume.
2. Personalize your resume for that floor.
Did you work on a unit that had stuff you would see a lot on that floor you are applying to? Then write it down.
3. Look professional and give your resume to the manager in person.
4. Follow up the 1-2 days afterwards -- call the unit and ask to speak to the manager.
