Planning Objections include the refuse and recycling, single parking space and distance to the boundary fence, forecourt treatment, 45 degree line upwards, over conversion can lead to the planning permission being refused, access to daylight denied through conversion and the extension causing a lack of privacy and security through the development being passed.
Planning Objections arise from the Planning Policy as developed by the Council but often overlap with its own Management Development Policy.
A more certain course of action is to primarily prepare a case applying the council' s planning policies first - followed by the Council's Management Development policies - and also include relevant information from the Town and Country Planning Act of 1990
