You do not have to be popular to be happy. Middle and High school students are so concerned by what others think. This obsession with being popular can lead to anxiety disorders and other mental health issues. This is a great anti bullying video for schools and other organizations that work with youth. We judge others by cloths, appearance, economics, and so much more. We do this to be popular and in with the in group.

Students engage in cyberbullying, bullying, and racial taunts just to prove they belong in the "popular group" and seated at the coolest table.
Students need to take the pressure off of themselves...popularity is overrated.
