Описание: My 37th birthday just came and went and it brought up all kinds of feelings about being in my late-(ish) 30s and how much my life has changed in the last 2-3 years. Really, the last few weeks have just been a lot of processing about the fact that my life really doesn't look anything like I expected a few years ago.

Although starting over at any age can feel so so overwhelming, your 30s come with such significant milestones related to partnering up and parenthood that there can be a lot of heaviness that comes with major life changes during this particular decade of life.

But life can still be beautiful even when it looks nothing like what you expected - sometimes it's even better than you thought it could be! 💜
