Join Fiona Callanan, a lower-limb amputee with over 1,000 hours of training and teaching experience in some of London's top yoga studios. In this final session of our adaptive yoga series, she will guide you through a faster-paced adaptive vinyasa flow yoga practice, introducing more technical adapted poses designed specifically for amputees and individuals with limb differences.
Throughout this energizing session, Fiona emphasizes breath awareness and encourages you to maintain a mindful connection with your body as you explore a variety of adaptive poses aimed at building strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll find your flow in a dynamic sequence that challenges your practice while promoting empowerment.
What You Will Need:
• A clear, open space
• A chair for balance (if needed)
• A yoga mat for comfort
• A yoga block for added support
Today, yoga is more accessible than ever, and Fiona's mission is to raise awareness and help individuals with physical disabilities feel comfortable in their practice. For yoga advice, you can reach Fiona on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/bionic_rock...
