We cannot generate them until we receive third-party fees and estimates from the escrow and title companies, which often requires your initial escrow deposit to be sent first. Make sure that deposit is a priority!
What to know about your Initial Loan Disclosures:
They are generated as accurately as possible, based on the fees we receive (or automated estimates if necessary).
These are initial not final figures.
It is crucial to review them immediately for any discrepancies (like an incorrect address or start date) and notify our team.
ACTION ITEM: You must sign and return these Initial Loan Disclosures immediately, even with small errors, so we can get your file out of the waiting section and moving forward in the process. Your final disclosures will be updated later!
