Is this a bulletproof vest? Please, don't test it, but the Dark Horse is a Kevlar® vest, mostly. 56% to be exact. This one-of-a-kind denim has indigo or black cotton surface, or warp yarns, while the weft or fill yarns are made from Dupont™ Kevlar® fibers making the denim extra strong and abrasion resistant. It also gives the underside of the denim a distinct golden color. While this vest isn't made to stop bullets, the USA made durability, fabrics and functionality make it pretty well bulletproof in our book.
