DIY LED Tail Light Conversion: 194 LED Color Comparisons

Описание: Converting Automotive tail lights from stock bulbs to LED Bulbs on my 2007 Lincoln MKZ using cheap 194 T10 Wedge LED bulbs. The installation process of LED conversions in cars and trucks is fairly easy depending on model of vehicle.

Generally the vehicle's owners manual will provide a complete list of bulb numbers need for replacement, as well as basic instructions on how to replace most of the lamps in the vehicle.

I compare budget friendly Yellow 194 LED bulbs vs. Red 194 LED's vs. White 194 LED Bulbs for color differences through the red lens of the car tail light. In the end, the red LED bulbs provided the most attractive color through the red lens of my MKZ.

Overall very cool look, and based on the quality of LED’s you buy, very cheap compared to its counterpart. LED bulbs use a fraction of the energy, don’t get hot, and last forever. After two months of use in my Daytime Running Lamps, I have a fail rate of about 25% (one panel will start flickering). After six months of total use, I haven’t had one taillight fail as of yet.
