If not, you've come to the right place! In this video, I will be discussing and defining in practical terms what dissociation and depersonalization is as manifested in trauma. You may have experienced either one of these things and simply don't know it.

1. Separation
2. Disconnection
3. Detachment
4. Severance
These terms describe both dissociation and depersonalization.
