So during my recent visit to the beautiful island of Skiathos, I took the opportunity to do some plane spotting at one of the most famous and unique airports in Europe. This video is filmed from the beach and roadside area at the end of RWY 01, where aircraft come in low right over your head before touching down. It’s an absolutely epic location for any aviation enthusiast – offering thrilling, up close and personal views of aircraft on final approach.
