In this final leg of our Central India road trip series, we start our return journey from Ujjain to Hyderabad after attending the morning Mahakal Aarti 🙏.
We hit the road around 7:45 AM, grabbed a quick breakfast and chai at a roadside dhaba, and began our scenic drive through Indore’s ghats and countryside 🌄.

Our route included a stop at Burhanpur, where we dropped our Mami at the railway station for her train to Bhagalpur. On the way, we crossed the beautiful Tapi River, which looked like a perfect picnic spot — with locals fishing, kids playing, and vendors selling freshly caught fish 🎣

We had planned to reach Hyderabad the same night, but after a long day’s drive, we halted for the night at Hingoli and resumed early morning. Along the way, we had a fun chat with a young dhaba owner — adding a personal touch to this unforgettable road trip 😊
