Hip Bridge Coaching Points:
-Begin lying on your back with knees comfortably bent at about 45 degrees.
-Keeping your head and shoulders on the floor, raise your hips to form a straight line from your knees to you shoulders.
-Focus on contracting your glutes (butt muscles).
-Avoid arching too much, such that your hips extend above the line from your knees to shoulders.
-Hold that position for the prescribed period of time, usually up to a minute.
-Most people find this much easier than Dead Bugs and Planks.
