A Kapampangan variation of the popular Bistek or Beef Steak. The tough meat of the Kalabaw requires a longer cook time and a little bit more gamey taste. But if cooked well it is certainly magic as all the flavors marry and blend to give a more meaty and mouth watering Beaf Steak. Lets Eat!
INGREDIENTS
2 kilos Carabao Beef (Damulag)
1 head Onion
1 head Garlic
MARINADE
1 head Onion
1 head Garlic
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
20pcs. Calamansi
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
3 to 4 slices Ginger
