I have been in the question around perimenopause for some time now. I am on a journey with my hormonal shifts - a lot of it feels shameful, embarrassing and uncomfortable. BUT! I believe within the experience is an opportunity for incredible growth and healing. I set the intention that my menopause journey be an empowering experience and I wanted to share some of my story today in the hope that I can help at least one other woman.
