We did exactly that last month, when the Wellevate team came together in Tagaytay for our company retreat. Surrounded by nature, from farm-fresh food to views overlooking Taal Volcano, we created space away from daily routines to reflect on the year behind us and the path ahead.
Away from the pace of daily work, we asked ourselves important questions. Where are we headed? What do we want to build next, both as individuals and as a company? What makes us as a team?
These quiet moments of pause and reflection helped us reconnect. We left Tagaytay aligned, energized, and excited about the big steps ahead!
