How to plant Glory lily (Gloriosa rotschildiana and Gloriosa plantii), care and cultivation in UK

Описание: First of all, sorry if I call "bulbs" the glory lilies tubers, they are actually tubers. This video is about how to plant the glory lilies (genus Gloriosa), a small group of species that are actually not true lilies, but are related to Sandersonia and Colchicum, even if the beautiful flowers with undulated margins actually resemble lilies in a striking manner. These tubers are frost tender in most of the UK therefore I lift them from the pots in autumn and plant them again in spring after the last frost day has passed. I decided to plant two Gloriosa rotschildiana Thomas de Bruyne and one Gloriosa plantii, and also add some sweet peas "Cupani" to enjoy their beautiful fragrance, because unfortunately the wonderful glory lily flowers are not fragrant.
