Urschel, Model M6, stainless steel, belt fed, dicer, shredder, and strip cutter designed for meat products and is capable of production rates from 500 to 4,500 lbs per hour - depending on materials and application. Capable of strip cuts from 3/16" to 3" and cross cuts from 1/8" to 4". Equipped with 32" x 9" load area on feed belt and adjustable feed roll allowing for positive product feed at all thicknesses from 3/8" to 1". Mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters. Change parts are needed to accommodate configurations and size range changes.
