In this video I remove the front bumper and headlights on my BMW Z4 E85 to fully restore the headlights.
The headlights are sanded and clear coated to remove oxidation and restore clarity. While the bumper is off, I also repair and repaint a rusty upper metal bracket that supports the front bumper.
This is a full DIY process showing bumper removal, headlight removal, sanding, clear coating, rust removal, and repainting.
