My visit to the Black Salt café in Crawford Bay BC Canada

The Black Salt Café situated in the heart of Crawford Bay is a Bistro extraordinaire not to be missed if fine food is your fare. The restaurant features a variety of dishes not found anywhere else in the Kootenays. Featured is a lovely outdoor patio alive with decorative plants and flowering hanging baskets. If art is your thing you will not want to miss a look inside at the paintings of various local artists. I was very impressed with the paintings of Diane Trudel. While you're at it, if you have a sweet tooth you will not want to pass up the sumptuous desserts on display. And by the way these folks know how to make an espresso from locally fair trade beans.
