Описание: The iCar V27 is a new rugged SUV developed by Chinese automaker Chery under its electric-focused iCar brand.

Positioned as a mid-to-large off-road-style SUV, the V27 combines bold, boxy styling with a modern range-extended electric powertrain.

The vehicle features a design inspired by classic adventure SUVs, with muscular body lines, high ground clearance, and practical elements such as a side-opening rear door and an optional rear-mounted spare wheel.

At nearly five meters long, the V27 offers a spacious interior and a strong road presence in the growing electric SUV segment.

The iCar V27 uses a range-extended electric vehicle (EREV) system, where electric motors power the wheels while a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine functions solely as a generator to recharge the battery.

In higher-performance dual-motor all-wheel-drive variants, the system produces around 449 horsepower and approximately 505 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in about 5.5 seconds.

The SUV can drive roughly 200 km on electric power alone, while the combined driving range with the range-extender engine can exceed 1,000 km, reducing concerns about charging infrastructure on longer journeys.

Inside, the V27 features a technology-focused cabin with a large central touchscreen infotainment system, digital displays, and advanced driver-assistance features.

With its combination of rugged SUV design, powerful electric performance, and extended driving range, the iCar V27 is positioned as a more affordable alternative to established off-road models such as the Toyota Land Cruiser and Land Rover Defender, while embracing the transition toward electrified mobility.
