Windsurf GPSTC Speed sailing Pink Lake

Описание: Recon windsurf mission to Hutt lagoon, Port Gregory Aug 22-24, 2022 by Boz and Flex for GPSTC. First day wind was light SE and basic check of water depths and hazards. Turned out to be glorious cruise in the sun. 2nd day was best E wind roughly 20-25 knots. We should have sailed the longer bank as was better aligned to the wind. The drone footage from that day was all over exposed (due to stupid error) and the 360 lens had salted up without realising after 5 min so most of that days footage is lost or flakey. (You can tell the bits I salvaged) 3rd day wind was more NE and a bit less strong. A very nice alternate to sailing the winter squalls down south.

It appears the lagoon is sailable July, Aug, Sept in most wind directions and there is also reef offshore. There are multiple hazards around the tourist lookout area.
