This video documents a scenic drive through Arches National Park, beginning along the northern section of the La Sal Mountains Loop and Castleton Road before descending toward the Colorado Plateau. The route passes through Utah State Route 128, also known as the Upper Colorado River Scenic Byway, following the river corridor beneath sandstone cliffs before entering Arches National Park. Filmed in mid spring, the drive captures snow-covered La Sal Mountain peaks contrasting with the red rock desert below. Inside the park, the footage continues past major formations and viewpoints, documenting changing light conditions at sunset and starting at sunrise the following morning. Presented in real time, the video highlights the transition from high-elevation mountain terrain to desert landscapes and the visual character of Arches National Park across different times of day.
