I Didn't Love LEVITICUS (Movie Review)

After a few months of incredible offerings in the independent horror space, director Adrian Chiarella's new film is hoping to make an impact with its LGBTQ+ based storyline and blatant scare factor. With a knockout cast and promising potential, many people are walking into "Leviticus" hoping that this will join the pantheon of recent horror cinema. However, I walked away pondering how it showcases some of the worst tropes of the genre itself. In this spoiler free review, I break down "Leviticus", its impact and focus, and why this is ultimately a powerful film that has greater potential.
