Creepy abandoned house in the Southern Highlands of Tasmania, left empty since February 1978. Looks like the occupants left in a hurry and most of the belongings are still there rotting away.
Was sad wandering around this one wondering what happened all those years ago and why it was left to decay away and slowly be lost in time.
There was a brutal fire rip through the area in the 1960’s that pretty much destroyed many properties in the town, and all but wiped out the town baring a few residents. Possibly this was one resident that lived their life out in the remnants of the town?
