In which I consider the essential poses that correct our imbalances (bridge, triangle, warrior B, forearm plank, heart lifting pose (purvottanasana)), and ones that support the subtle core/pelvic floor (baddha konasana, figure 4, goddess, wide leg pose), and the stretches of the front and back of the legs.
Also some one leg squat exploration with Mariciasana B and how to wrap the front leg and stretch the low back muscles.
