Water - 1 cup (220 ml)
Fresh yeast - ¾ tsp. (3 g) or dry yeast - ½ tsp. (2 g)
Bread flour - 2 ½ cups (320 g)
Salt - 1 tsp. (6 g)
Chopped olives - 2 tbsp. (25 g)
