Sein Leitsatz war klar: „Wenn wir bewahren wollen, was wir haben, müssen wir vieles verändern.“ Unter seiner Führung verdoppelte sich die Mitgliederzahl der Kirche – und Türen öffneten sich für Menschen weltweit.

Today, July 15th, we remember the birthday of Chief Apostle Richard Fehr – a true visionary whose life shaped not only the New Apostolic Church but millions around the world. Rising from humble beginnings in Flaach, Switzerland, he became the seventh Chief Apostle. His motto was simple yet profound: “If we want to preserve what we have, we will have to change many things.”
Under his leadership, the church doubled in size and welcomed people from every corner of the globe.
Compassionate, courageous, and always ready to embrace change – this is how we remember Richard Fehr.
