We are very happy to inform you that your dream house / flat we are going to handover within the time frame. We believe you will be happy and feel comfort to live in our said project ABL Garden ,at House # AA , Block # BB, Road # CC, Uttara, Dhaka-1230, has successfully been completed and our Management has decided to hand over the Flat no : A1 on 30th January 2021 at 4.00 p.m. It may mention that our all sorts of activities will be closed after handover the flat of our project.
So you are cordially requested to take over the flat and all the documents along with all interior decoration which was decided to give you at the time of flat handover.
