Learn how to interpret an MRI of a knee for iliotibial band friction syndrome, commonly know as runner's knee. This is a painful condition that occurs in athletes, frequently after increasing their training intensity. It is a very nasty pain at the lateral aspect of the knee. I had it myself many many years ago.
