Ingredients:
3 lemons
3 stalks of rhubarb
1 cup sugar
6 cups water
Mint
Instructions:
In a pan, zest 3 lemons then cut them in half.
Add lemons to the pan.
Squeeze the lemons with a tong.
Add chopped rhubarb stalk.
Add sugar and water.
Bring to a boil to let all the ingredients to incorperate.
Cool, garnish with mint, and serve!
