Saving these abandoned ducks

And to think
These loving humans
They arent the only ones

As Wrinkle has been
All over the country
Seeing this problem
With her own eyes
Meeting with dumped ducks
And the beautiful humans
Who donate their efforts
To fighting this continued issue

Dumped ducks are a real problem
Its not good vibes
And i dont want to be a downer
But it needs to be talked about

People who get a baby pet duckling
Then when it grows up
They realize
Its really
A lot of work
And then they dump it at the park
Where most will not survive

This is a constant issue
Its been happening
For longer than youd know
Its been happening
Since before i was even hatched
And it just doesnt stop
Especially around the holidays

Wrinkle and i
Will continue our efforts
To properly aid in this issue
And raise awareness

We’ll do it again
We’re not going to stop
