Описание: “Credo” from Marc-Antoine Charpentier’s Messe de Minuit pour Noël (Midnight Mass for Christmas) from ca.1694, sung by Quire Cleveland under Ross W. Duffin at Mary, Queen of Peace Church in Cleveland, OH, on Dec. 20, 2014. The movement makes use of melodic material from three early French noëls also on this channel: “Vous qui désirez sans fin,” “Voici le jour solonnel de Noël,” and “À la venue de Noël.” The “Crucifixus” trio is John McElliott, Evan Bescan, and Brian MacGilvray, the “Et in spiritum” trio is Margaret Carpenter, Madeline Healey, and Beverly Simmmons, and the “Et expecto” trio is Megan Long, Bryan Munch, and Daniel Singer.
