Spiced Mojito With Green Fairy Absinthe | Fine Drinks Movement

Описание: Try this flavour combination showcasing a little of the Caribbean in Prague.

Makes 1 drink
45ml Green Fairy Original Czech Absinth
8 / 10 mint leaves
15ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
ginger Beer, to top
mint Sprig, to garnish
crushed ice


Gather mint leaves in the palm of your hand and clap together to release the aroma of the essential oils. Tear the leaves and drop them into glass. Add Green Fairy Absinth, lime juice and sugar syrup and a small amount of crushed ice to the glass and swizzle. Add more crushed ice and top with Ginger Beer Garnish with a sprig of mint.
