Описание: Everyone likes to collect premium through direct options selling but there is unlimited risk in it. There is an alternate and safer way to limit your risks while selling options. We have invited Santosh Pasi today to show us a stress free options selling strategy called Iron Condor.

The Iron Condor options selling strategy involves selling an out of the money (OTM) call and put option slightly away from each other. Santosh adds insurance to the options in the form of long call and long put. This insurance makes sure that even in extreme market conditions, you will not lose more than a fixed amount. He also mentions that one must not buy insurance with a view of generating returns from it. Insurance is always best when it goes waste.

Iron Condor limits your risk but is still a profitable and margin friendly options selling strategy. Santosh also shows us how to decide when you must use this strategy. He shows an example of India VIX and how you can decide whether to sell or buy Nifty options depending on its range.
