Meekness is not weakness.
It is strength under God’s control.
It is:
• Teachable
• Gentle
• Submitted to God
• Free from the need to dominate
In contrast, today’s culture rewards control, visibility, and loudness.
But Jesus says the meek inherit—not the aggressive, not the controlling, not the self-promoting.
This sermon challenges us to examine:
Are we living by Kingdom ethics
or worldly systems dressed in church language?
Are we seeking humility
or visibility?
Are we seeking righteousness
or recognition?
The Beatitudes are not poetic blessings.
They are a mirror.
