I stopped buying things for a year, here’s what I learned

Описание: I did a low buy challenge for a year (FYI I cheated slightly as I was unemployed and it was lockdown, so it was a lot easier to buy less stuff!!). Spending less has taught me so much about myself and life as a whole, and in today's video I share what I learnt. So am I a minimalist now?
