Описание: Breaking News | In a detailed statement on the withdrawal of the fully-subscribed FPO of Adani Enterprises, Adani Group chairman Gautam Adani, on Thursday said that the 'interests of his investors is paramount' and assured that the withdrawal of FPO was done to 'insulate investors from potential losses'. "After a fully subscribed FPO, yesterday's decision of its withdrawal would've surprised many. But considering volatility of market seen yesterday, our board strongly felt that it wouldn't be morally correct to proceed with FPO," Gautam Adani, chairman, Adani Group said in a video note. Adani added that the company's balance sheet is healthy and assets are robust. "Our EBIDTA levels and cash flows have been very strong and we have an impeccable track record of fulfilling our debt obligations. We'll continue to focus on long term value creation & growth will be managed by internal accruals," he said.
