Hey Friends! In this video we made some rustic chicken tarts and some chocolate strawberry danish using the random open packet of puff pastry I had left over in the freezer! Both were so simple, quick and delicious!

Recipes:
Rustic Pesto Tarts:
1 Sheet Puff Pastry
4tsp Pesto
8tbs Chicken, cooked
4 Slices of Tomato
Egg Wash
1. Cut the puff pastry into 4's. Add a teaspoon of pesto on each 4, spreading it out but not right up to each edge. Top with 2tbs of chicken on each one, then finish with a slice of tomato on each one. Season with pepper (optional)
2. Fold in the edges and give an egg wash. Bake at 200c fan forced for 20 minutes.
Enjoy!
Chocolate Strawberry Danish:
1 Sheet Puff Pastry
8 Square of Chocolate (I used dark chocolate)
4-8 Strawberries, sliced
Egg Wash
1. Cut the puff pastry into 4's. Add 2 squares of chocolate at a diagonal, then layer the strawberry slices on top of the chocolate.
2. Pinch in 2 sides diagonally, and give an egg wash. Bake at 200c fan forced for 20 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar and serving with whip cream are optional, but that's what I done in the video!
