A few years ago, he used "Let it Rain on Me," for his show, "Dag," and when I recently saw the first season of his new show, I was hoping I´d get a phone call. This is the way this song was originally intended to sound. I love the way it appears on the record, but there´s something about this version that just feels more natural to me. There´s a rawness to it that just feels... right. I hope you enjoy!" says Elliot. It is classy, beautiful, and down to earth, but with a somewhat darker atmosphere than before. This version takes us closer to the core of the song, allowing more room for Luke Elliot’s mesmerizing voice and melancholic piano.

Since the release of his debut album in 2016, singer-songwriter Luke Elliot became known for his mesmerizing live performances, solid songwriting skills and his cinematic musicality. The melancholic piano-rocker has often been compared to artists such as Jerry Lee Lewis, Tom Waits and Bob Dylan– and with good reason. Elliot has two critically praised albums in his discography, receiving top scores and great reviews. He has toured and sold out venues all over the world, and is especially cherished by his home town Nordic fans where his melancholic piano-rock has hit all the right notes. The Norwegian TV series EXIT gained massive success nationally on its first season. EXIT quickly became the most streamed show from the main Norwegian TV station NRK on its release in 2019. It has also won 8 awards from Gullruten (Norwegian TV Award show), and the expectations for the second season are high, to say the least. Season 2 is to be premiered in the beginning of March.
