When architectural powder coater, CMK (Treatments) Ltd, decided to increase the capacity of its powder coating facility the company turned to the supplier that had installed its existing conveyors, Leicester based materials handling specialist, LB Foster
LB Foster was tasked with the design, manufacture and installation of an overhead power and free conveyor system that would increase CMK's production capacity by 20%.
The system installed by LB Foster has achieved a 20 % increase in production capacity and a 14% decrease in labour costs.
